A B Won't Kill You, But I Wouldn't Risk A C

New York City started doing what L.A.'s done for years and is issuing letter grades to indicate how clean restaurants and groceries really are. And some places are hiding their bad grades as a result. I did notice that places with "A" grades posted them prominently, but many places obscured their "B" or "C" grades or posted a "Pending" sign. There were lots of "Pending" signs in Manhattan. I think it's safe to assume most Manhattan restaurants aren't the most spotless in existence. (New York Post)
