Nothing To See Here, Move Along

Whenever someone attacks, say, an airplane, the officials are instantly in front of the media insisting that there's no terrorism connection, even if, later, it turns out there is. So why would people accept the police characterization of the death of the News of the World whistleblower as "no foul play involved" when, well, the guy's just 47 years old. His death is "unexplained." Maybe there WAS no foul play, and Lord knows the stress could kill anyone, but, still, how do they know so fast? (Daily Telegraph)
