And They Saved Two Bucks On The Paper, Too
-
Newspapers are popular with at least one constituency: Extreme couponers. And that craze has gotten so huge that people are now stealing newspapers to get the coupons, which they either use or sell. I saw a couple at the supermarket in Minneapolis walk right up to a stack of copies of the Sunday Pioneer Press, reach in, pull out the coupon insert, and start clipping. They didn't bother to pay for the paper. Morality goes out the window when there's 50 cents to be saved. (St. Petersburg Times)
