You Sure This Isn't A Mainway Toys Product?

Crayola makes some colorful bubble stuff that's called "Washable Colored Bubbles." Nobody's disputing two of those three words, but some parents are trying a class action lawsuit over the third: "Washable." The parents say that the colors don't come out in the wash. That WOULD be a problem, huh? In fairness, the label DOES warn that the colors won't come out of some surfaces, and that the stains need to be washed immediately, but it's in the fine print. Who reads that? And if it says Washable in big letters, should it depend on the surface, or require special chemicals? (KOMO-TV/Seattle)
