Two years ago, a teacher lost her job because someone tipped the school administration that she had pictures of herself on vacation in Europe drinking wine and beer on Facebook. She sued. It's still unresolved. She's unlikely to get her job back. The school administration said that a student had seen the (innocuous) pictures, but her security settings were high and the school people admitted it didn't know whether any kids had seen it. So, why did they force her to resign and what's the holdup in settling this thing? (Atlanta Journal-Constitution)
