A teacher was accused of assaulting a student on a school bus, and the student's mother swore out a warrant against the teacher. And the prosecutors investigated, and then there was a twist ending: Not only were charges dropped, but the state attorney commended the teacher for taking the kid down. Turns out that the student allegedly refused to wear a shirt, ignored the bus driver, elbowed the teacher in the face, and made a big show of being insubordinate before the teacher put the kid in a bear hug and took him down. Also, the kid has a record of incidents like punching out a bus window and throwing things at passing cars. What's mom got to say about that? (WTVR/Richmond)
