After a very difficult week, a Connecticut lawmaker is proposing that every town in his state have at least one gas station that remains open in an emergency. He would auction off rights to one generator per town to keep the gas flowing. Of course, they'll all probably run out, and there is no provision in the law for that. Frustration and good intentions don't always make good laws. (WFSB–TV/Hartford)
