Tragedy on Television: The New York Times has a whole article about how the NFL has caused ratings headaches for "The Good Wife," which starts late on the East Coast when CBS football runs over. It plays havoc not only with watching the show but with DVRing it. Okay, so, I understand that the show is supposed to be good, and that the shifting times and truncated episodes can be a pain. I would think that this is the producers' war to fight. And most cable systems have it on-demand, too, so there's that. And there's always TV.com, which has full episodes, and, um, coughTORRENTScough. Not that I'd know how that works. (New York Times)
