Penn State isn't the only place you'll find scandal: here's an Emmy award-winning children's music composer, a guy who's written music for "Sesame Street" and "Handy Manny," accused of producing, distributing, and possessing child pornography. And in Dubuque, Iowa, an elementary school principal has been sentenced to 30 years in prison for videotaping boys in the bathroom. These are people trusted to be with, or work with, little kids.
