Usually, lawsuits over things like menu item disclosure are just annoying, but this guy's threatened case against The Cheesecake Factory made the chain change its ways and he was absolutely right. His problem? The menu page showing all the cocktails available had no prices. And the waitress wouldn't tell him the price. And after an $11 margarita, he hit the roof. Can you blame him? Shouldn't drink prices be posted in the menu? (Boston Herald)
