From The Distracted Driving Files

The guy accused of exposing himself while driving on I-75 on Atlanta explained that he was having a "personal moment" at the wheel, and that he never intended it to be public. Someone next to him in traffic used a cell phone to videotape it, so there was nothing private about it. I know there are people who do that in traffic -- the "personal moment," not the cell phone taping -- but I don't understand it. Can't you wait until you get to, oh, I don't know, home?
