Swedish health care at work: A woman who was having problems breathing and speaking called for an ambulance, but the dispatchers and nurses decided not to send one because, they reasoned, she could still speak and therefore must not be all that ill. And she died. Since when is the ability to speak a determinant of whether someone needs an ambulance? (Fox News)
