I'm Sorry, It's Policy. What? We Have No Policy? Um... I'm On Break

A groundskeeper for the county in Detroit found a gun on the side of the road, waited for cops to come by, and, when they didn't, finished work and took the gun, which turned out to be stolen, to the cops, who congratulated him on doing the right thing. And doing the right thing got the man fired, because the county decided to enforce a rule that workers can't possess guns on work property. Wait, he didn't BRING a gun, he FOUND a gun ON THE JOB. What was he SUPPOSED to do? They don't know, they have no policy on that, and they don't care. And nobody among them seems to want to use common sense. (WJBK-TV/Detroit)
