How's your town's budget these days? Concord, CA is so strapped, they couldn't afford a new Christmas tree, so they just hung ornaments and lights on an old, brown, lopsided tree that was already growing there. It looks like a larger version of Charlie Brown's tree. They couldn't get someone to donate a real tree?
