This can't help: The percentage of college students with outstanding student loans which has dropped out of school has gone up in the last decade, from less than a quarter to almost 30%. If they drop out, can they pay those loans back? And if they can't, what happens to the debt? Not a good sign for the economy. (Washington Post)
