A study purports to correlate depression with Internet usage, and here's how: they say depressed folks use email and IMs more frequently, and were more likely to download videos and songs and play more online games than the non-depressed. Wait, there's not much else people do on the Internet in the first place. And I wonder what songs they're downloading. If it's a lot of Joy Division or Nirvana, that would make sense. (Boston Globe)
