If things happened the way the victim says they did, robbers kidnapped a bank manager, strapped a device to her (they won't say whether it's a bomb or not), and had her rob her bank. Either this is an elaborate hoax or it's a horrific turn in crime. (KNBC-TV/Los Angeles)
