Another Thing You Need To Think About Before You Commit A Felony
-
A case that seemed like self-defense has gotten a little complicated, as the guy who allegedly shot two people -- one fatally -- who allegedly broke into his home has been arrested. Turns out he's an ex-felon. Can't be having a firearm if you have a felony conviction. But there's evidence that the intruders really did break in. So should a felon who's served his time have the right to bear arms? Do you go light on the guy or drop the hammer on him? (Sacramento Bee)
