I'll Never Forget You, Cheesequake Service Plaza Of The Garden State Parkway
-
An article about highway rest stops? I know what you're thinking, and, no, not THOSE rest stops, the ones with nothing but bathrooms and creepy truckers. We're talking the classic service plaza, the ones along I-95 or the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Turnpikes, the ones that once had Howard Johnson's and Sunoco and nowadays pair gas stations with food courts. They were a part of the childhood of everyone who went on a road trip with the family, and while they've changed, they're still there to offer a restroom and a burger and a fill-up to break up long hours on the road.
