One step closer to L.A. back in the NFL: Pasadena's City Council voted to approve the Rose Bowl as a temporary home for an NFL team. That's a huge thing, because the Coliseum will not be acceptable for the NFL, and Pasadena has limits on use of the Rose Bowl because it sits amidst residential neighborhoods. Now, all they need is a team and to break ground on Farmers Field downtown and football will be back here. (KTLA/Los Angeles)
