Blame It On Romo, Like Everything Else
-
Scarborough did a study of the most popular teams in each major league city and found that, for the first time, and by a hair, the Texas Rangers are more popular in Dallas-Fort Worth than the Dallas Cowboys. And that can be attributed to one word: winning. The Rangers have been winning, the Cowboys have been disappointing. You can see that in Philadelphia, too, where the Eagles' dominance is over and the Phillies, even after last season's misery, are riding the good will of 2008 to be more popular. Winning fixes a lot of problems. (Fort Worth Star-Telegram)
