They still don't know why that guy shot six people in upstate New York, killing four and wounding two. No clue. It seemed unprovoked and random; He walked into a barber shop, said something like "remember me?," and began shooting, then went to an oil-change place and did the same. Nobody knows anything about troubles he may have been experiencing, his record was scant (a 1973 DUI, and that's it), and it all seems too bizarre. But if he didn't have any record of mental illness, is there a law being proposed anywhere that would have stopped him from arming himself? (CNN)
