Someone Grab The Movie Rights In Case They Figure It Out

Here's one of the strangest cold cases ever: In 1966, a teenager was kidnapped in Florida. The gunman demanded $10,000 cash, then, when they didn't have the cash, he told the parents that they had to come up with $25,000 by that evening and he'd call for the ransom, and then he took the teen. But the kidnapper never called for the ransom, and they never heard from the kidnapper or the boy again. There's a group of folks trying to reopen the investigation and solve the puzzle, but it's truly strange that the trail just went cold like that. (Miami Herald)
