J.C. Penney CEO Ron Johnson took a 96% pay cut for 2012, which makes sense, since under his watch and guidance the store did horrifically poorly. But he still made $1.9 million and got a $52.7 million stock grant when he was hired the year before, so life is still unfair. (USA Today)
