Do you keep everything you work on? Here's someone who did, and it's awesome: Bob Woilf, longtime sportscaster, still working for News 12 Long Island at the age of 92, donated 1,400 audio and video recordings, over 1,000 hours' worth, to the Library of Congress. A lot of it is from the days when nothing was recorded, meaning that there are interviews and game coverage that's otherwise just not available. His career started in 1939, and he interviewed everyone from Babe Ruth to A-Rod, Jim Thorpe to Derek Jeter. You want to hear this stuff, and him. (New York Times)
