Guy got divorced and remarried. He forgot to change the beneficiary of his life insurance policy. He died. His ex-wife collected the payout. The widow sued. It's now before the Supreme Court. This is all about letter-of-the-law versus intent, and how to tell what a dead person's intent actually was. But, really, gotta make sure you change everything. (WTOP/Washington)
