What do you want from your coach seat while flying? This column offers several things that the author says should be standard on all coach seats, including seats that are shaped for the human body, lumbar support, in-flight Wi-Fi and in seat video, an adjustable headrest, a tray table that's close to your body, comes out of your seat rather than the one in front of you, and won't crunch your laptop when the guy in front of you reclines, and power ports at every seat. He's right, and some of those things are why I tend to fly Virgin America. What would you like to see airlines do, that is, if they actually cared about what you want? (Boston Globe)
