You know that stress at work increases the risk of heart disease, right? A new study says that you can reduce that risk byliving a healthy lifestyle. Eat right, exercise, get enough sleep, and avoid smoking, drinking, and eating too much, and it all sort of evens out. At least, it better, because you're not having any fun doing it.
