Kinda Proves His Point

This guy in San Diego used chalk to scrawl protest messages against banks on the sidewalk. He now faces 13 years in prison and $13,000 in fines for his "vandalism." I will remind you that he USED CHALK. You can HOSE IT AWAY. But the Bank of America -- yes, them -- claimed it cost them $6,000 to clean it up. And the city is compounding the insanity by proceeding, costing taxpayers more money. Again, he used CHALK. What kids use to draw on your driveway. And they're turning this into a case.
