A Prada employee sued the company in a Japanese court, alleging that they discriminated against "old" and "ugly" women employees. The court ruled that this was okay, since they're a fashion label and they can discriminate against the ugly. And now, Prada's countersuing her for almost $800,000. Now, she's enlisted the help of the U,N. to get Japan to change its harassment laws. Should a company be able to hire, fire, promote, and demote based on an "image" they want to project, or is that unfair discrimination? (KCBS-TV/Los Angeles)
