Aaron Alexis, the Navy Yard shooter, blamed what he did on radio waves. No, not WPGC or WMAL, but low frequency waves like those used by the Navy. He even scratched the words "End the torment!" on the barrel of his shotgun. And it remains a mystery how this guy could have ever passed a security screening to work for a military contractor. You could also ask how he could have been allowed to buy the shotgun in his mental state. (Washington Post)
