I don't own Tesla stock and I'll never be able to afford a Tesla car, probably. So I have no stake in this matter. But it's kind of insane that Wall Street went into a sell-off frenzy and the electric car company's stock plummeted because a Tesla Model S had a fiery crash and the video was posted at Jalopnik.com. Mind you, the car HIT A LARGE CHUNK OF METAL and the resultant fire was contained to the front battery compartment; the driver got out fine. How is that enough for people to panic and sell their stock? If they did that for other car companies every time there's a crash, every car company share would be worthless. Not that they're all doing great, but you get the idea. (KIRO-FM/Seattle)
