Maybe Abercrombie And Fitch Is Hiring

You cannot blame the consumer for your product's shortcomings, and if you apologize for doing it, you can't do the weasel "I apologize if you were offended" thing. Those are the lessons we can take from the resignation of co-founder Chip Wilson from Lululemon, the guy who blamed the see-through-ness of the company's yoga pants on the bodies of the women wearing them, then said, "I’m sad for the repercussions of my actions," which is saying he's sad there was a reaction, not that he blamed the customers when the company made a bad batch of pants with too little fabric. Textbook example of how NOT to address a corporate crisis. (Today Show/NBC News)
