No Savesies

In some areas, they get really weird about parking spaces in their neighborhoods when it snows. They think that if they shovel out a spot, they own it, even when their cars aren't around. And so, in Bethlehem, PA, a guy came out to find his car buried in snow shoveled onto it. Turns out a neighbor had shoveled the spot, and he and an unidentified woman took revenge on the parker by shoveling snow all over the car. And the official law is that you can't "reserve a spot," shoveled or not. But that's a topic if you're in a snowy area -- should you be able to save a spot by your house with a chair or something? It IS tradition in places like Boston and Philly, but is that right? (WCAU-TV/Philadelphia)
