Milk prices are going up. That's because cheese supply was short, the price of cheese shot up, that in turn led to milk being more expensive on the commodities market, and herds were cut back, and now... well, 50 to 60 cents a gallon unless your store absorbs it. It should ease in a few months, but until then, maybe Coffee-Mate will be adequate for you. (NBC News)
