Studies indicate that the glow from your electronic devices prevent you from getting a good night’s sleep. Your cell phone, your TV, everything emits a glow and, ostensibly, interferes with your sleep. I don't keep my phone by my bedside, the TV's off, but the clock and the cable box do glow, so... huh.
