They Don't Make 'Em Like That Anymore

Hey, it's the end of the week (as I write this; I have no idea what it is when you're reading this), and time for a light one: HitFix TV critic Alan Sepinwall put together his top 25 TV opening credit sequences of all time. "Cheers," "The Sopranos," "The Simpsons," a lot of the usual suspects are on here. I'd have added "Get Smart," "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" (nice glamor shots of Philly and lush 1950s production music totally at odds with the insanity about to occur), "The Phil Silvers Show" (Bilko barking, animated), "House of Cards" (long, but I'm a sucker for time lapse), "Monty Python's Flying Circus," "Parks and Recreation"... there are so many.
