That'll Teach Him To Speak Freely
-
A guy hired a renovation company to redo his kitchen for $45,000 with a 10 year warranty. But he posted a review on Angie's List criticizing the company for delays in doing the work, and as a result, the company cancelled the last 9 years of his warranty. They claim he violated the terms by posting "false" information; he says nothing he posted was false. But do stories like this one make you hesitant to post reviews on Yelp, Angie's List, TripAdvisor, or other sites like those? (WMAQ-TV/Chicago)
