By That Standard, We're All Disabled

And now, we've heard everything: A woman is suing over her firing, and one of her claims is that the employer unfairly refused to change her schedule to accommodate her disability, namely her traffic anxiety. She is claiming that she gets anxiety and depression from rush hour traffic, and therefore qualified as disabled and should have been accommodated by a schedule that let her drive in off-peak hours. Did the lawyer file this with a straight face? (Courier Post, Cherry Hill via USA Today)
