Business, like a lot of people, just doesn't quite understand Twitter. Take KLM, which showed its pride for the victory by The Netherlands over Mexico in the World Cup by posting a tweet showing a Departures sign with a little symbol of a mustachioed man in a sombrero and the words "Adios Amigos!" That they have Mexican customers, or that the depiction was not funny, apparently didn't cross their minds. So they're in damage control mode. (AP via San Francisco Chronicle)
