Sen. John Walsh (D-MT) is running for re-election (actually, election - he was appointed, not elected, last time), and the campaign has been thrown into defensive mode after it was revealed that Walsh's master's degree thesis contained plagiarized passages. And now he has his excuse: He blames his plagiarism on PTSD. His campaign characterizes the plagiarism as "unintentional." Is that an adequate explanation? Is there ever an excuse for stealing someone else's work and passing it off as your own? Does stress cause that, or is it a lack of ethics and morality? (Fox News)
