A writer in New York is doing a Kickstarter to create and distribute to every restaurant and deli in midtown Manhattan a brochure on how to make a better egg sandwich. He's already hit his admittedly low goal of $310. He says he just wants the places to know how to make the New York breakfast staple better, with fresher meat and more cheese.
