Wait, Does A Dungeon Still Add Value?

This is one of those things you don't notice happening until you try and sell your home, at which time you discover that the cool, desirable feature you put in is no longer wanted. This article has five of those, including sunrooms, two-story vaulted-ceiling living rooms, outdoor fireplaces and kitchens, and plastic-laminate kitchen countertops. Pools and skylights are other things some folks just don't want anymore. Not sure why you'd reject a house because it has an outdoor fireplace, but the rest might be more trouble than they're worth.
