Let It Go... Whoops, Too Late
-
The guy who by chance ran into an old boss in a Walmart parking lot, killed the boss by literally running him over with his car, and then killed himself after a shootout with police was reportedly angry over his firing for almost 10 years, carrying a grudge and threatening to kill his old bosses for ruining his career. He spent a decade vowing revenge, yet he was armed despite having enough mental health issues to be briefly involuntarily committed under Florida's Baker Act. How did he get left alone to do this? Also, how long CAN you hold a grudge? If radio people carried grudges that deep and violent over firings, there'd be nobody left alive. (Florida Times-Union, Jacksonville)
