An employee of Canada's WestJet airline quit rather than change her hairstyle. Her spiky, partly-dyed-blonde 'do, which she had when she was hired and trained, violated the company's dress code, and while she admits they didn't fire her and offered to work with her to find a new style, she was offended and quit. A couple of questions: Should an employer have the right to dictate your hair style if it wants to present a certain image? And is a hair style more important than employment? (CTV News)
