Can You Take Circus Circus Down While You're At It?
-
The next endangered casino in Las Vegas, where, unlike in Atlantic City, casinos close so something else can be built on the site rather than just because they don't make money: the Riviera, a favorite of people with zero money to spend on rooms. It's 60 years old and has seen better days, but someone'll miss it. What's likely to go there? Part of a massive expansion westward for the Convention Center, which is already massive. As someone who has to go to both CES and the NAB Show at the LVCC and constantly has to get from one end of the place to the other with no time to do it, I'm not looking forward to MORE walking.
