Maybe You Should Just Stop At Every Corner, To Be Safe
-
A problem I've never really thought about but which poses some problems is the proliferation of worn, unreadable old stop signs (and One Way signs and the like). Cities and counties that can't afford to replace the signs end up with people flying through intersections unaware that there IS a stop sign at all. It strikes me that if it's a matter of about $80,000 for a mid-sized city, it's something that a radio station could solve with the help of some sponsors. Just thinking out loud here.
