Remember when you could describe the average job as a "40 Hour Week" position? Employers now expect way more than 40 hours a week, preferably unpaid for the excess hours. And because people, especially young workers, are willing to do that to just keep their jobs, it's becoming the norm, despite a few companies insisting on NOT requiring the extra hours. Are you one of the people who feels compelled to always be working? Because I know I am.... (CNN Money)
