Collateral Damage
-
Oakland had riots after the Baltimore incident, and the rioters managed to damage a whole row of auto dealerships and repair shops. A week later, those businesses are still damaged, and the city is doing very little to help them out. These businesses have hung in there in Oakland through all lot of problems, and they don't feel that they should have to pay for damage inflicted upon them that they didn't claws and that the city could've prevented, had there been enough police presence in that neighborhood. Hard to blame them. (San Francisco Chronicle)
