Another sweeps month television news story: there's a hot dog vendor near Ground Zero in New York who has been allegedly charging up to $30 for a hot dog, depending on whether he thinks somebody's a tourist or not. You might think that nobody would pay $30 for a hot dog, but if you've ever been someplace where you don't speak the language, and you don't know the local currency, you know how vulnerable you are.
